I want to share my first experience with this company. I make a tour for Shimla with my family and we book five AC ticket in the bus through online but one family member did not ready to go after few day so try to cancel but ticket did not cancel. I call to customer care, it’s not possible to cancel a single ticket if you try to cancel then all ticket cancel. I did not cancel and we went only four family member and one ticket was the waste. Another service of this company is not bad and but AC price is high.
If you want to use this company service please keep some point in your mind.
Ticket book only online because of its app crash sometimes.
Book ticket after final decision otherwise may not refund all amount.
This company service is good.
Do not book any ticket in waiting.
