We have taken a package in good faith and paid as per their norms. They showed some good hotels when we book a package but they changed the hotel before 1 day of tour and that too without any prior intimation. When we reached to Manali the hotel was pathetic. When we contacted the guy with whom we were in conversation, started giving excuses.
After all this mess they were not even ready to compensate the money due to sudden hotel change.
We have taken full package and their one driver was also not co-operative and always gives excuses that here nothing much to see etc etc. Stay in Shimla was also not as per the mark.
I will not recommend this Group at all it’s complete waste of Money.
Please stay home and site idle instead of booking package from this bullshit company.
