Had been to this hospital which is now manipal. The worst hospital ever especially the staff from the radiology mri and ct scan dept. I thought a hundred times before writing this review because it’s about the status of an employee or employees but the way they behaved with elderly people and me personally was pathetic. One of the employee threatened a family member of mine saying if we don’t listen to what they saying they will not perform the tests when the person was completely listening to the staff but actually what happened is the staff dint know what to do he was like a L board and the patient had to give him ideas . Wasted almost two hours for the tests which could be done in just 20 mins. And the charge was triple the original amount . On top of all that the way they behaved with elders was like how they see garbage. Such indisciplined, unorganised and zero knowledge staff especially in the mri section also they are used to lie a lot. They make you wait for hours for the test and when the test starts they say this is not ok that is not ok and then prolong the test and charge a lumpsum amount now Columbia asia was good until manipal took over and it went to worst after they took over there’s no more humanity left amoung most of the doctors and staff. Very dissapointed with the staff behaviour especially mri dept staff plus ct scan.they are doing something fishy about the bill they charge. If you people don’t fire such staff this hospital will definitely be under blacklisted hospitals mark my words. Such staff dont deserve to be ther and the way they treat elders and children they should be thrown out of the hospital and jobs permanently or a complaint has to be lodged against the hospital itself .....take action asap ....mri dept especially.
