Money making corporate machine, murderous medical

My experience dates back to 2008, I was too busy dealing with situations to write a review earlier but with some time on hand and hoping to help someone in dire need of good medical attention I pen my review.

Doctors escalated a common cold issue into pneumonia, had him admitted, put him on oxygen, and wanted him under observation for few days. I returned home after talking with him and assuring him that he would be back home in a couple of days. By the time I got home(30mins) I got an urgent call from the hospital saying that my father’s lungs had collapsed and he was put on ventilator. I rushed back to the hospital and the nightmare began. The doctors said his lungs had collapsed and he was given sedatives and put on the ventilator. The doctors next said that he wasnt coming out of the anesthesia and the next day they told me he was brain damaged. The day after that they told me he was having a cardiac arrest and had to be moved to Columbia Yeshwanthpur immediately since that hospital had a cardiac ICU and Hebbal did not. My dad was loaded into the ambulance and kept there for couple of hours until I settled the bill with CA Hebbal. Getting the insurance and billing settled took sometime and I was pretty traumatized by the whole thing. Even thought it was a sister concern that we were going to I was told I HAD to settle before moving my dad to CA Yesh and all this while that my dad was having a heart attack.

After settling the bill I followed the ambulance to CA - Yesh and on the way I lost my way and took some time reaching the Yesh hospital. I found my dad lying on a stretcher without any clothes on him hooked up to some lines and pretty much discarded near the emergency room. I was told the CA Yesh hospital had not been informed and that the Cardiologist was not around. That was when I lost my temper. I refused to sign any papers until my dad was properly taken care of. To cut a long story short, the docs in CA Hebbal has overdosed my dad with sedatives, it took him 15 days to come out of sedative-induced coma, tons of effort from me, one awesome doctor Dr Shetty the HOD of the ICU, my sister flying down from abroad, and a whole lot of other effort to get my dad back home safe.

Never again CA! Though you are pretty.
