Extremely poorly managed with a 5 star ambiance

Don’t go by the looks of this hospital and the reviews. They will make sure you spend and plus leave dissatisfied. Wouldn’t visit again ever. Don’t recommend this hospital to anyone. Specially don’t go here for the check up packages.


I’m extremely surprised to see the review on Google. Only 2 things are good- 1.) The canteen. 2.) The air conditioning and ambience. But All that glitters is not gold. That’s not what the main purpose of a hospital is.


Extremely disappointed by the management of this hospital. After reading the reviews on Google I decided to visit for a deluxe mens health check up.


My MRN is PUNK - 0000152643.


1.) They have a health check up brochure which say 10% discount on additional tests on the same day of check up. Dr. Vaibhav Pandharkar had advices me 3 more tests that includes 2 Lab and 1 Radiology. After going to the cashier they denied the discount on my face. After that went to the customer desk they also denied saying if the customer asks directly on his own for the tests then only we give discount. If doctor has adviced then discount is not given. After showing them the brochure they agreed to give the discount. But I decided to leave the hospital premises immediately as it started to make me more sick here instead of making me feel better. It is absurd and a strategy to make more and more money.


2.) Came to collect lab reports at receptionat 6.20pm. They put the reports in a plain cover. When i asked for a file they said they were out of files. I felt like I’m at an ordinary government hospital only with a 5 star ambiance.


3.) Went to collect radiology reports. They denied the film of x-ray saying to health package customers we give only a CD. How am I supposed to show the x-ray to my outside doctor in a CD. They give it in a CD so that we consult only the doctors at their hospital only. Then again i went to the customer desk after which they provided me with a film. Another strategy to make money. Nothing wrong in making money but kindly don’t harass your customers and leave them disappointed.


4.) There is always half an hour line at the cashier. It looks like a movie theatre.


5.) They conduct the test in any sequence.


Their supposed manager Mr. Balaji said to me that they send you for the tests as per vacancy. They don’t follow any sequence. Treadmill after breakfast. PFT after treadmill. Ultrasound after breakfast. I knew all this is wrong so I asked them to do this in the right sequence. But what about people who are not aware about all this. When I asked them at two locations where I could make a complaint they all started covering up. And also I was never told where I could make a complaint inside the hospital.


6.) I took the appointment of 8.30am but due to some problem I got late. So before coming I called and asked if it was okay if I reached at 10am. To which they replied yes it’s ok. But after going at every station they said you came late. Wtf. I had asked before coming.


7.) Doctor came late for OPD.


Thanks for ruining my entire day. In my entire message I call myself a customer. I felt like a customer here more than a patient.
