Visited this hospital once long back to see a neurologist for my wife. It was a general feeling of big hospitals will have good doctors and care. We had scans and reports already done from outside during treatment from a different clinic. We showed the reports. It was a very less talk or discussion and we were asked to first visit ENT specialist first who is sitting in another room. Well, we took nthe advice and went to see ENT specialist. We had to pay for this doctor as well. He wanted to do some process and later mentioned that after that process most people have got cured and never came back. Good. Later we moved out and walking towards neurologist room. Suddenly, a loud voice calling my name. It was from reception which was at few steps away and saying that we need to pay some fees. That was a surprise as no one ever informed about it. The process which ENT did in the name of checking has a price tag. This should have been informed. And secondly, the staff who had no sense to call politely and inform about payment. I said I will visit the other doctor and then come to pay. It was a straight denial. They said that I can visit after paying the amount. I was so pissed off that I just made the payment and walked off. The treatment never helped and problems stayed. I understood why most people never returned back after the treatment. A worthless treatment and idiotic behaviour of staff. Never again I would visit this hospital. Be careful. Money is not big problem but the kind of care and service is what matters.
