Horrible experience. They will use all cheap ways to extract money from you
Sad place it is more like ripoff your happiness once you are inside the Hospital. Simply add 25-30% extra for delivery in the name of emergency. Which they never mentioned clearly during the time af admission. Or even the help desk guys were not sure why the 25% extra on the package because the operation was on a Friday and around 2 PM in afternoon. I am not sure if not emergency why people would visit the hospital. I end of spending 1.5 lakh for a delivery and approx 37k for NICU for one day. Non of their Lactation consultant visited or guided us during our 3 day stay in hospital we had a big problem in feeding because of these.
Next time when I asked about the same they charged for the Lactation Consultant.
Other Branch of Columbia Asia give you a good photo session of new born that also is stooped here.
The prices are going up by 25% comparison to December 2018 but cutting down the services on top of that is a pain.
Very expensive and worst experience.
I used to refer my friends Columbia Asia but after this experience it would be a crime to visit this hospital.
Please stay away from the place.
The customer care managers are not of great help.
One positive I could find is the directors are really good. But with all the careless way to loot people is not so great.
So Stay away from this place.
