This show was first aired on colors tv channel as comedy nights with kapil, later because of some problems with the producers of the channel, the show shifted from color to sony tv channel, where it had to change the name from comedy nights with kapil to the kapil sharma show.
The host Kapil sharma after whom the show is named, is great at what he does like his comic timing is very much better and the whole cast of the show also does some great acting.
The plot of the show is first half of the show is divided with a skit and the second half, the celebrities are invited and it commences more like a talk show in the second half, overall it is fun and has some good comedy.
Audience Participation is increasing day by day, even though the show faced some controversies, the show bis becoming more and more popular day by day.
The camera effects are great in the show.
