I bought this MS keyboard in San Jose , California, USA and brought to India in April 2009. Connected to my PC in end of July 2009. Now in November 2009 end, the Left side Control key does not operate. It is dead.I don’t know if it carries International warranty for free replacement. It speaks on the quality check and testing at the manufacturing place, which is CHINA (S). the Sl no. is 7691 401870248.
I never expected such a poor quality from MICROSOFT; perhaps the manufacture is outsourced with the label of Microsoft, and the MS does not check for quality standard with the manufacturing unit in China which has become notorious for SUB-STANDARD goods.
