I have purchased this laptop a year ago and now I am very dissatisfied with thus laptop. Service of compaq is not good at all. They use bad accessories for their laptops. In one year, firstly my charger, then my laptop display and now its motherboard got damaged. Appearance is good but laptop is very heavy as compared to other laptops. They are not giveing good specifications at the range of this laptop. Battery backup is also average. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this laptop. This is completely watage of money, instaed buy a laptop of lenovo or dell. Bad quality product and I don’t think its much durable. It must be used very carefully for long use.
