Had to book an airte DTH connection and I randomly selected comparedth.
CDTH sales was able to convince me to book a connection using Rs399 as minimum booking amount and assured me full return in case of any issus.The airtel techinician did call me but due to some reasons installation couldnt happen.
So I tried contacting compardth. To my surprise, they perhaps recognise existing customer and do not even pickup tje phone.
Somehow after several email followup and call from different number I was later able to connect with them and they promised a refund which did not happen till date. It has been more than a month now and I gave up on getting my ₹399 back.
My suggestion is don’s choose online vendors except FK and amazons to buy DTH.
