Complete Wellbeing

I came across Complete Wellbeing a.k.a CW some years ago and I am still with this dynamite of a magazine which is simple to read, healthy to digest, and practical to be followed in our day-to-day life

CW deals with the human body in all aspects and gives the reader a valuable insight to what is happening to him and how he can resurrect himself or minimise the damage to a certain extent if not to a greater degree.

CW’s editor’s name is Mr.Manoj Khatri and he is a vivacious chap who doles out tablets of cure month after month for his "unhealthy" patrons

CW goes beyond the realm of health and fitness by going towards the spirituality and the complex world of relationships and beyond

Talk back-Gizmodom-tidbits-readers forum-CW quiz-Keeping track-Money matters are some of the icings on the cake and keep the reader in me interested throughout

Food and nutrition has eminent writers such as Ms Tarla Dalal and so on The cost of this book is worth one coffee at CCD and that speaks volumes about the cost of the same to keep you engrossed for 30 days of the month

CW’s online version is not far away from doling out the freebies but the hard copy is better to be taken to bed for reading at leisure

CW also features eminent personalities and their lifestyles and these are transparent and exhaustive and give the reader an insight to keep fit and healthy all the way

Just by reading the book one gets a motivation to stay fit and fight healthy. Walking-reduction of sweets-daily doctor visits-remaining stressfree by meditating or otherwise are some of the patent advices that you can get whilst exploring this mag

Stay Healthy and get your copy of CW today!...and add those years to your life even as you add life to your existing years!
