They do not have the part that you have ordered. They will never inform you. never respond to emails. never pick up the phone....
after visiting temples and after God’s grace on one luck day these bunch of jokers will pick up the phone to pleasantly communicate that they will refund the payment... after that next round of nightmare starts. they will never return the payment made. not sure how such useless and unprofessional organizations survive. no wonder Dell has gone downhill. for sure strategy of selecting compuindia kind of suppliers would have contributed to their downfall.
