I recently had the displeasure of working with Comway, and my experience was far from positive. From the onset, the customer service was abysmal. I made the mistake of assuming that their customer service would be satisfactory, given their reputation for providing quality service. However, I soon discovered that I was mistaken.
The first issue I had was with their customer service. I called in to ask a question about the product I had purchased, and the representative I spoke to was extremely unhelpful. He was completely uninterested in helping me and seemed to just want to get off the phone as quickly as possible. He was not knowledgeable about the product, and he gave me wrong information.
The second issue was with the product itself. After I received the product, I noticed that it was faulty and did not work as expected. I attempted to contact Comway for a replacement, but no one seemed to be willing to help. I was told that I would have to purchase a new product, even though the one I had was faulty.
Overall, I would not recommend Comway to anyone. Their customer service was terrible, and their product was unreliable. I was highly disappointed in my experience with Comway, and I am sure that others
