Hi guys, I have been working for CNX since 2015 and I am not satisfied here, Now I am looking for another job , the reason besides this is they do not give enough increment, in last two years I got only 5% increment each year.
If you are a fresher then do not even think of joining CNX. But yeah one thing which I must say and the only thing which is good about the company is that they don’t fire their employees easily.
Since I have joined this company I am not happy their leave system also they say you something while your joining but you’ll get something inside the company.
Managers are not cooperative at all. They’ll always presurize you to work more & more.
So I dont recommend CNX to you especially freshers. There are lot of companies out their where you get a descent salary and career growth as well.
