I have worked in this company for about 18 months. I joined this company as a fresher and I always regret to join this company. I was working in google process.
The process was great but the management was damn poor. There I had seen a lot of politics and employee growth rate was very slow. I saw people working for around 10 years and not even reached to the level of SME.
Low budget company only giving 2000rs for cab allowance and no night shift allowance. In 18 months only once I got the chance of appraisal and my salary increased to 500rs only.so now you yourself can judge what will happen to your future if you join this company.
