When I joined Concentrix, I didn’t know this will become the worst decision of my life. I joined here in last week of May 2014. Before only, I had heard bad about this company from few of my friends and they had warned me before joining this company. I joined here as quality analyst and they put me in Bankbaazar process. But there is no proper training, no structure, no hierarchy to whom you have to report. This is just the fish market and every one is doing according to their wish. No work properly defined and they say its a client requirement. In between the training any Quality person from any process is coming and asking to monitor the calls. They don’t even listen to Trainer. How one can measure the quality of others when you yourself is not aware of the process and quality parameters. When I escalated this to quality manager(Amrita), guess what. it became the worst communication of my life. She was abusing in the conference meeting and saying here you have to work like this only. If anyone is coming to you and asking to do some work you will have to do. Even HRs know that this manager(Amrita) talks abusive language to agents and other people. So there is lot of mental torture there. So dare before you join Concentrix. I am the victim. I don’t want others to be in my situation. Even if you have to sit idle for 1 month, sit and look for job at other place but a BIG NO NO to Concentrix.
