I have bought my Tata Indigo Marina from Concorde Motors in 2005, and today 8h August 2015 I went around noon to get my car checked for poor pick-up.
I thought that being a loyal customer for 10 years may make some difference, but shocking! No one was willing to even diagnose the problem!
I drove 20 km up and down from my house and it was a waste of time and effort. Satish says they are very busy and I should come on Monday. This was despite my calling up the service number and being told that I can come.
