Dis the customer attitude...

Two weeks back I gave my indica car (6000 kms) for the third free service. This time I had wobbling problem so I thought it could wheel balancing/alignment problem. I told the same thing to the service engineer. At the end of the service they have done both the things and charged 800+ (total amount was 1.5 +). Also some extra 250!!! for diesel, used for testing my vehicle. But when I got the vehicle on the road, I experienced a left pulling with the steering control and my driver seat mat was missing. Called up these guys to report the problem and I was asked to come back next day.(they didn’t even have the couresy to come and take the car for re-work). When I went there next day, they asked their engineer to test drive the car and that honest fellow repored 4 problems!!!!. Cutomer relationship officer promised me that everything will be set right. I was told that I will be given a call.. No call till evening, meanhwile I called up this customer care guy to find out the status...he never picked up the call. Finally I went to the showroom by evening and he said everything was set right. Now when I took the car again, I experienced right pulling.. when I reported the problem..they pointed the road condition as the root cause!!!.In the same road I was experiencing left pulling yesterday!!!.. when I escalted the issue to their service manager he listened to the whole story and showed me a blank expression. not sure what to do further I left the showroom with the decision I would never go back to them again For every one of the "free" service I’ve done so far I’ve paid an average of 1000. Service engineer told me that If I care about my car I shouldn’t mind spending on it...:-(
