If someone had read my reviews on this showroom, I feel that you need to go through my updated review.I have learnt from my experieces in Concorde Motors (Bangalore) and Tata Motors that they do care about their customers. Needless to say that, I had faced many problems earlier, however after complaining, my issues were resolved by the Business Unit Head of Concorde Motors, Bangalore and the Customer Service Department.
I also got a response from the corporate and they offered huge help to solve my problems.My sincere thanks to the Customer Service, The Business Unit Head of Bangalore and the Corporate Team who always stand behind me.All my accessories, the mirror and other problems were rectified instantly. I’d always say should you face any problems, please go ahead and meet the right person.
I had a big problem during this month. I could see some rats sheltering on the engine part. I consulted them and I was advised to block the rat entry holes so that they do not enter inside. I did as said and it was done within a day. Please note that I do not drive my car regularly. I never have problems in giving the car for repair which takes 1-3 days.Anyway, after one month or so, I could see rat’s crap all inside the car and had torn few things, including the carpet and had made a hole.
I called up the customer care, got the call transfered to the Customer Service Head and they told me to visit today. I did. The next is what is called going an extra mile in customer service. I talked with the Business Head again (I am sorry, I do not take names over the net) as the the person who inspected the car said that nothing can be done. He had been always kind enough to solve my problem and in fact, gave me a card when I had had the last problems with accessories (left mirror mainly).
I was also advised to meet him should I face any problems in future. My car will have a thorough checkup and they will remove the carpet and the seats and other stuffs to check where the rats are taking shelter.Though it will take some time, I do not mind, I will get the car by Monday. Well, I had lot of problems because of the rats.
Luckily, I escaped an accident today when a rat crossed by feet and I jumped up while driving. Got the car bumped into a divider, luckily just a scratch on the wheel cap and the guard, ended up in changing the entire rim.I am at least happy that they are trying to chase the rats out of my car. I have updated my review here because when something is done to your satisfaction, it should be appreciated. It should not
