When you enter in this dealership to buy a car or to give for service you feel that you have come to a goverment place as the staff takes us for a ride. One staff does not like the other because of which lots of politics is felt by the customer. It is very pathertic that such a dealership is being spoiled by the staff there
I do not know why no actions for improvement is taken there. Even when you go to senior level and complain they are also a part of it.
GOD ONLY SHOULD CORRECT THAT dealership. We see lots of customers not happy and still charged heavily and cheated badly by changing parts inside the workshop without our knowledge as the workers are doing this.
