Room quality: we have booked a room online in this hotel and trust me, this place has the worst rooms ever and I will definitely not suggest this place to anyone.you will not feel like you are staying in a hotel.it looks pretty dull and old and more over there are lots of problems in room as well as the flush doesn’t work in the washroom and the bed was so comfortable.the arrangement of the room also was so congusted and uneasy to stay.
Guest services: this place had the worst people to serve.they are so rude that even if you ask for a help also, they will give you a insulting look and tell that they will do it but no one responds.these people have to be trained how to help the guest and service them.
Food and presentation: this place wasn’t having a great food.a pretty much below average food and moreover the items which they have in there menu is just for name sake and you will not get everything.
Ambience: the ambience here at this place is very much dull.the hotel looks Very old as well.there is no positivity at all.
Value for money: it is not at all worth to spend the money on this hotel.i would suggest to check with other hotels which are very good for the same price.
