Confirm ticket app cheating with travel guarantee

While I have booking the ticket, waiting list was 2 only however I opted for travel guarantee to confirm ticket.. but I got RAC tickets only.. this i could have been got waiting opting travel guarantee.. I have paid extra 700 per ticket which islost to me.. it cannot be refunded even if we cancel the ticket.
