I had booked a waiting ticket from Jaipur to Indore on 11-April-2025 at price of Rs.1240/- which one actual price on IRCTC was Rs.975/-.
It was promised you would get a 100% refund if the ticket was canceled due to waiting, but I got only 100% of IRCTC price which was Rs.975/- instead of Rs.1240/-.
It means I lost Rs.265/(Rs.1240 - Rs.975).
If I booked the same ticket from IRCTC I had to pay Rs.998/- [Rs.975/-(ticket fare)+ Rs.23/-(transaction charges+ GST)] approx.
If that ticket was canceled then I will get Rs.910/- as refund. Total loss will be Rs.88/-.
I had a conversation with the support team but he was unable to resolve my issue, I request please transfer this call to a senior but he said all seniors are busy(It means maximum people are in trap) and you will get a callback within 1 hour but I did not receive any call yet.
The whole thing was they made a trap of 100% refund and maximum people are trapped in that scam.
I had mail as well for this on support@confirmtkt.com but It was useless.
