I am using connect broadband from a year and I am very satisfied from its working.
The service is good as compared to Bsnl, I have faced problem only one or two times in this one year.
If any problem occurs, you just need to call and the man will come to your house for checking.
The internet speed is also very steady, do not see much fluctuations.
My plan is of 570rs and the total amount of bill comes is nearly 650rs and if anyone getting difference between Bill amount and plan is more than 100rs then go to c.care and ask them. I have faced this problem and they told me that with broadband their was some antivirus working so the bill amount was 850 but after stopping this I never again got this amount bill.
