Few months ago I opted for the connect Broadband service. My experience regarding the same is not pleasant. I didn’t liked the service at all. Firstly its very expensive deal right from the start. Their modems and wiring charges are very expensive. Then comes the speed and its reliability which adds to the bad experiences. The connection is not stable and Internet speed varies from time to time. The plans they offer are very expensive and even a basic plan is touching thousand with literally no speed. When complain to the customer service, there responses are not very friendly. So I don’t recommend the same to anyone.
