If you have small email campaigns you are looking to manage (<5000) subscribers, this seems like a fine product. If you are looking to manage larger campaigns, the product and the constant contact process are cumbersome and time consuming. They have a spam policy, 1 spam report per 5000, which is unrealistic given the ease which someone can report spam. Consumers have short memories and can be very quick to report spam, even though they subscribed for the email. I had a campaign of approximately 250 which went out twice in the past six months. The initial setup took longer than expected and I had to create another account as support could not figure out why the campaign would not send. Once setup, however, the campaign ran well. Given this success, I attempted another campaign of 100k subscribers. This has been a nightmare. Typically, you need to call to find out status and work through issues. Ran a campaign yesterday with 5000 subscribers, it still is running today, 18+ hours later.
