Continentals customer service gave me completely incorrect information to my specific billing questions, leading to major complications with my charges. When I tried to get them to rectify the issue, I was given the runaround through various phone numbers or voice-mails. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was treated very rudely by several supervisors who were unable or unwilling to help me at all.
I am shocked by this company and its lack of accountability and apathy towards its customers. I will never ever fly with Continental again.
I know this sounds like bashing and most people dont bother with a review unless its negative, but this takes the cake of all negative customer service experiences Ive ever had.
You have all been warned: STAY AWAY FROM CONTINENTAL AIRLINES! Try Southwest or Delta, theyve always been willing to help out their customers, and do it with courtesy.
