I joined this organisation on 10th of October’2016 for non-voice AT&T process in Bangalore and thought that I’ll get better opportunities but was completely wrong and stunned once the work started. Never got the salary quoted and no one in the management is ready to do their work(Notice period for an agent also is 2 months which is insane) and when I put down the papers no one approved so I again put down the papers after one month but same result so I left the company as it was killing my time as I was totally got the idea that no one is going to help in rising. I wasted my 10 months and want to inform people that do not repeat my mistake. I had a better job earlier with 26 months experience and got promotion with hike, however, I left it with good hope but things were totally different. Salaries are late and they always have problem with Citibank accounts as you get your salary earliest than any other bank but the verification will take so long that 2-3 months you will get salary through check.
I am not blaming the company as its my mistake that I trusted this company blindly so want others to be very specific with the salary and post offered to you and then only join the company. Hope this review helps you in getting the right company and job you are looking for and deserve.
