I joined convergys on 15 December 2014. I was hired as a technical support agent but was shifted to the customer service Non technical department because the batch had extra agents. I worked in the process called EE which is one of the Uks best and fastest network provider company. The training provided is really good. Trainers are also very nice and supporting. I worked there for 7 months and it was a nice experience. It helped me in improving my communication skills and also taught me how to handle customers.
