Hello ppl, I am vibhut n has worked twice wth convergys. 1st time wth the process called microsoft xp n 2nd time wth the process called microsoft enterprise platform support.
To begin with, It is the worst company to work with. The human resource team is full of bull s* t people with no brains but great assets, now you wonder how they became human resources. So they’re bull sh* t coz they’ll not pay you as per your experience or your previous package but depending on what you accept. Hr will offer you salary like a fresher and will start from least possible amount.
After joining when you in training then you will meet some more id* ts coz trainer, managers are working there for more than a decade so they think they own the company. I was asked to leave coz my trainer threatned that she will make my life miserable as she’s working there from last 10years I gave it back n Hr then said thankyou! Growth opportunities are not there as such unless you are ready to lick somebodys as* . Product n process knowledge you directly learn when on floor. Trainers dont know the entire product so during ojt people on floor will assist you and the job is done or least you can do is assign the case to someone else who inturn will assign it to somebody onsite. All locations in country are the same. Dont join and waste your time. Ethics and integrity is not something that you can or will experience there.
Overall a sh* hole place to work, transport is screwed up with cabs like eeco and cafeteria is expensive, you do not get food coupons or sodexo. Good place for girls and if you are good looking then dont worry you secured a job for a decade unless you ready to spread your legs.
