Chamcha Hala

This show is a classic example of a good cook with least television appeal. But don’t worry about that we have Sudhanshu Pandey to take control of the situation as the co-host. The show appealed to me for its comedy rather than food. I thought Sundhanshu’s jokes were more digestible than the food. She is a renown cook, there is not denying in that but some of the food just doesn’t look very edible.

Living outside of India I realized that most of her food is a copy of international food but only vegetarian. Its a good alternative for those who haven’t tried the actual food. For those who have tried the real food, a chicken replaced with sprouts wouldn’t sound nor taste good as they both are complete opposite.

However, the entertainment doesn’t come from the food. It comes from the jokes that Sudhanshu tries to add into the show. He makes the show a little more watchable. However, the most entertaining part comes when Mrs. Dalal interrupts his comments and tells him to ’’chamcha hala’’. It is a bit awkward but still funny to observe.

People should watch it because it is a good time pass. You might even learn new techniques while enjoying.
