Coolbuy.in is a very bad online shopping site. they don’t have a good customer service. They always apply delivery charges on the shipping. the product quality is also cheap and made with cheap products. they take 4 to 5 more days than their expected delivery date. the app and the website is not as developed as compared to other sites. this site is not trustable. the products are not durable. the customer care don’t reply to e-mails and don’t give the satisfactory answer on phone calls. they need very improvement in their service.
