Coolpad is a good company but this model is jot so good. My brother has been using this phone for 6-7 months. One of the biggest issue is heating problem. If you use your phone for 20-30 minutes with little heavy work you will your hand like burning. It heats like hell.
Second thing I can’t believe its screen. Its so sensitive. I was shocked. It was fallen just from 2-3 feets and screen broke. It happened in front ofy eyes. We four or five persons were sitting on chairs. When phone fell down nobody reacted because everybody know its normal if our phone fall down just from 2-3 feets nothing’s gomma happen with our phone. But in case of this phone it broke. Nobody believed. Everybody was in shock. I can’t believe this. They should use some tough glass. It should not be broken from this height.
When my brother bought this phone after 3 months he got some charging problems. He went service centre. They took a full month to solve this problem. It wasn’t so big issue. They took full month.
I highly recommend you not to buy this phone. Nowadays in that price you can get a much better phone. Don’t waste your money on that trash phone.
