I have a coolpad note 3 is gets lagging and does not give battery backup although it has 3gb ram and 16 GB ROM but the gets heated when we are using 4g in it and it is not a true 4g and does not support volte you can just check the phone in volte cheker I suggest you not to buy this product and customer is not available of this product it is all waste of money
