I am using this mobile for the last 4 months and writing this .
All the functions are there in mobile and cool when you kept idle.
If you start using this it heating up( Temperature goes above 40 Deg Cel) like a anything and you cant hold in your hand or keep near your ear to speak.
This issue I found in with in 2 weeks of usage and unable to return due to return policy.
I called customer care, and they asked me to go to a service center in Chennai, but the 1st service center refused to accept cool pad mobile.
Again called back to customer care, they asked me to go to 2nd service center.
This service center accepted for service after a long fight.
It is taken 1 month for service
After service, Immediately I checked and found that the mobile is heating up. When I asked service center, they told the heating up will happen when you use this mobile .
And the service center refused to accept for service.
Called & mailed again customer care they are telling to give it to service center.
So I asked for replacement from cool pad but still denying and asked me to go to service center.
The customer care harassing me in writing repeated same replies.
Final verdict: Poor quality mobile and Poor customer care. Don’t Buy
