Dear guys Think before buying this phone, the service of this product is pathetic, I have bought cool pad lite3, 2 months ago& one day display of the phone suddenly stops working n given to athorised service center in rajajinagar Bangalore on 1st December, n they said display has gone, and its manufacturing defect. N they told to come after a week. And now almost 50 days over, still they r busy by giving my phone. If I call dey keep telling display is not came.& They referred 1 more guy called Karnataka Coolpad service head, if I call him he don’t pick call, he doesn’t have courtesy to answer the call, really he is a bludyfool.
Please any concerns person from Coolpad solve this issue.
