I am using coolpad note 3 lite from 6 months and its does not hang. It is the most cheapest phone with advanced features it is having android lolipop+ 3gb ram+ 16 gb internal memory+ 13megapixel back camera and 8mega pixel front facing camera. I am using around 100 of apps in this phone and still it does not hang. So according to me it is a best budget phone ever.
