Hello friends I am providing you some seriouse issues of Coolpad Not 3.Bought this phone in june, had a worst experience with this.
it dont have gorilla glass. Big issue.I bought this mobile see the price tag but alas my friend dropped it and screen was broken. Now I am trying to repair it company repair center asked me to spent 4000 for it.
I am confused whether I keep it or threw it.
After a month it started showing the poor quality.mic was not working, fingerprint senson works sometimes and even they dont recognize my fingerprints.then I decided to take it to customer services(Touch, rohini sector 3), I submitted my phn on 2 Aug 2016 and till the date today they havent fixed my phone yet. talked to customer service many time they are making lots of excuse but not ready to listen or fix my handset.
very poor services, poor quality handset.I recommend not to buy this phone if you don’t wanna a headache.
some other issues which will make you unhappy with this device.
1. Within 1 week the fingerprint sensor stop working.
2. Photos from this phone are blurr,
3. ui is not completed it has lits of bugs here and there.
4. No stable update to MM released.
5. Service centre is also not available in many city.
6. Service centre executives not talk properly and also not resolving the problems.
suggetion;
I don’t like the phone because it heats a lot.and after that fingerprint sensor doesn’t work properly and stopped working sometimes. Also the charging time is more than 2.30 to 3 hour. I suggest you to not buy this smartphone.
