Guys I have used this too much as my mom has bought this phone 6 moths ago, so I am aware of its advantages and disadvantages. You will get this phone at just Rs8, 999 of 3GB Ram and Rs10, 999 of 4GB Ram, at this rate u cannot get better phone than this. But there are other things also which makes me to write its negative features. The very bad thing this about his phone is that it gets heated while charging long hour use and over heating issue complaints also come there from customer, so due to this overheating issue user cannot play game in this phone for long.
One more thing that tempered glass of this phone is not available in the market, in case u want it you will have to order it online. While calling I have also felt the problem that sometimes the caller cannot hear the voice of person and automatically due to network issue call gets drop automatically. Also it has not quick charging support.
Only thing that will force u to buy this phone is its pre-installed camera with led flash which gives really fine picture of us and its low rate with giving 4GB Ram. And the phone look is also very amazing with fingerprint sensor.
The customer service of this phone is not everywhere so it will be difficult for you to find the service centre easily in your area. Because I had to travel a long distance to find the Care when I was having coolpad note 3.
So I will not recommend u whether u should buy this phone or not. Because in some manner it’s good and in some manner it is bad. And taking decision is all up to you.
