I want to share my personal experience with you that purchase Coolpad note 5 phone.
From shop the look up the phone is good for the when I using this phone and checking with the camera quality.
I very disappointed due to this because the camera of the phone is too bad and very disappointing moment to me to take this
I want to suggest you that please don’t buy this phone because the camera quality is so so bad to other mobile phones it is too bad its camera.
When you when you talk about network of this phone with the jio is so bad it does not support good for G network in the phone.
Because of this I am very disappointing to tell you that this phone has no value for money .
The sound quality of the phone very small and very slow due to that listening the music also a dramatic and rustic.
Experience with this phone when you call to customer care they speak very rude.
They think that the Coolpad note 5 customer care is a government.
Organisation they can be shared anything like that they don’t speak good and they don’t solve any problem of you when you speak to customer care this is very disappointing to every customer that when they called customer care support and they support you by this they will lose their customers when you act like this I want to u that this phone deserve a good feature phone so please don’t buy this phone.
