Return of eyeglasses

Hi, I had ordered numbered eyeglasses for me from coolwinks, around 18 - 20 days back. When I wore it then I didnt feel it comfortable, so I sent them an email to take this product back. They replied back that some courier company will come and take my product back. Its today its been more than 10 days, no one came to collect it from my address. N today when I called them regarding the same then one customer care guy said he will send delivery courier person to collect my eyeglasses , I told him that if today no one comes and takes the product back then I will definitely not return the product and you have to refund me my money but then all of a sudden there was no voice from the other end and I kept saying hello, hello. Then at the end I had to cut the line. So it is clear that the customer care person hung up on me. Which is completely ridiculous. I want my money back otherwise I need to take some severe actions against you people.
