I had ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this website more than a month ago, while only one was delivered - there was no news about the second one, I tried calling customer care but all in vain, also the one that was delivered - it was wrong size, they arranged a reverse pickup for it and after that they cancelled the order, its been nearly 20 days since my order was cancelled - I havent received my money back - I kept mailing them - but no response and I called customer care to ask about the status - they said the amount has been processed from their end, I asked them to drop an email - but no email.
