I got replaced of vu tv with new model 40 inch . But what I get iam not happy with that model. I have talk to maneger - haresh more I told them the problem but he ignores the issue what customer faced. Iam very much frasted on this type of services. The new models vu 40 inch screen pannel quality is very bad Or say 3rd class. I have called so many times Vu customer care but they are not provideing me old model I told them give address of gowdown Ill visit to gowdown. hes not giving the address also .finally when I got address I visit there gowdown I talk to the concern person Chandrashekar he told me he will give old tv And the maneger haresh more .what he told ki old tv scrap me jata hai And Chandrashekar told me nahi aisa nahii. hota juna bhii mil jayega apko Koi problem nahi And the next day tv got little fired from back side And screen pannel is totally warm And screen pannel got damaged And now they are telling ki abhii apko kuch nahi mil sakta What is this Flipkart now iam waiting for your reply Please give the right solution.
