I have been a user of this bank for atleast 2 years now. Although I didnt have any problem in the intial year but later on when I apploed for net banking I could not get my password for a month. I could have ignored this but just a month ago the PIN of my debit card itself got changed. And whats worse is that when I called the customer care continuously for 2 days and finally the call connected and the executive told me that I have to go to a branch. Due to the long que outside every bank due to demonetisation, I had to waste 3-4 days and after I got into the bank they told me they could not do it and I have to go to the same branch of the city from where they had opened my account. I mean this is so pathetic. Really poor service. Please dont even think of opening your accounts here.
