Corporation Bank is known to be one of the reputed banks in PSU. I had a savings bank account there from June, 2015. One of my friends suggested to me have an account there as he had a current account there for many years and very satisfied with their services,
But I dont have a satisfactory experience with them.
They are very lazy and keep giving excuses for everything. I received my bank passbook in almost 15 days and applied for internet banking and mobile banking but did not get online banking password in 2 months, though, I have complained many a times. They dont care for the customers at all.
Their atm service is also very bad as compared to other banks like pnb, sbi etc. Moreover, when you go to any atm, most of the times it shows atm is not working or not having cash. Sometimes at atms, they will deduct your balance and you did not get the cash because of their bad servers. and when you call their customer service, they will just keep giving excuses. once the same thing happened with me and I received my cash only after 15 days.(which should come in max 4-5 working days), which is very annoying to any customer.,
I do not recommend this bank to any one as their services are not up to the mark and they create problems for us.
