Really a very non co-operative Bank,
I have an savings account with the bank ( koregaon park - Branch ) for the last 4 and half years, I dont want to but have to since my salary is deposited directly by our co. in the bank.
I had been a guarantor to one of the employee in our co. Th employee left the organisation, and subsequently failed to repay the loan. The bank didnt bother to follow up with the person who took the loan but just kept insisting me to repay the loan, or was after me to get the person to the bank.
When I asked the bank to take some legal action againt that person the bank told me that they could not do so as the amount was below the limit for which they cannot take any legal action.
I paid the loan as the person did not give any positive response to me , and b-coz the bank kept on harassing me by calling at my residence and office , and kept on charging interest to my account.
When I cleared the loan of the person for whom I was a guarantor, I asked th bank to adjust the amount which that person had paid dor the shares, the bank refused to do so,
This was very frustrating
but could not do anything
