This review is not typical for few reasons:
1st - I’m a foreigner working in Mumbai right now
2nd - I’m a coffee-addict on a rehab=)
3rd - I tried to give a review taking into consideration the average loyality of ppl to coffee
So, Costa Coffee.was judged according to the following categories:
Brand presentation
Service
Variety of food/drinks
Taste & quality
Price
Brand is working hard on ppls trust - that’s a starting points I gave.
All the atmosphere, design and serving form a single conception and perception of a brand.
Important tip - is evaluation & feedback form you are provided with - it gives consumer a feeling that his opinion matters.
Service was good. Fast, polite and competent.
Though as a foreigner I cannot skip the fact that English - might be a problem for the stuff.
Considering variety of food - it’s not the main deal. It’s mostly about variety of drinks - coffee, tea, cocktails etc. And as far as the name of cafe is "Costa Coffee" I expected much more choice in this. At least in types of coffee itself, not in serving and syrups added.
But latte appeared to be a pleasant surprise with tastes of Ginger Bread and Apple Pie. Delicious and pretty creative.
Quality and taste of coffee, tea and other drinks is really good, especially with their big size.
However prices to m mind are little bit higher than they should be.
All in all I was very satisfied with the place and for coffee-lovers it’s a great option to choose.
