I want to cancel this membership as i am not at all satisfy with service...
The sales manager mr. Ujaif Arab at Ahmadabad has confirmed these below points
1.There is no extra fees for fitness associate partner center for five years other than the maintenance amount 10500 INR.
In this five years package there is no maintenance is applied for initial one year.
Provide Thailand trip details for 7 days covering krabi, phiphi, phuket islands and Bangkok from 12th January 2019.
Other than Diwali vacation, summer vacation and Christmas to 31st December there is 15 days advance booking for national and international holiday trip is available.
Now we want to book a holiday trip but application it is showing to pay maintenance fees first...
There are lot of offer commited to us at the time of presentation and now all offer are fake..
This manager ujaif Arav has agreed to plan a holiday day trip for us but he hasn’t replied .
This feels like cheating , do refud our membership money back...
Worst service and highly disappointed.
Please reply nobody even reply for quary..
I already mail to cancel my membership within 5 day..then also no reply..
Anybody please suggest what to do..i m going to take legal action against frod
