I have one terrible experience with Country Club Kolkata last year. Well let me explain you about this in detail. I know this company since 5 years. I was into a consultancy and sent few candidates as they had requirement. I knew how they are cheating people to take their forgery subscription by paying hefty amount of money and in return they simple don’t fulfill as per commitment. Well time passed by but I had little idea.
But one day one my girlfriend got a call promotional call and asked to come with husband or fiance. I always knew this could be some kind of fraud yet I visited there and the moment I saw the office, I recalled it. I didn’t know how but even after discussing with my partner I stuck there. Well its a story of June end 2016. I decided to take their hotel, tours and travel and gym service as we often go out but we had one condition and they agreed to it. Now fraud no. -
They took my card and taken the payment and while taking it, my bank wasn’t showing any EMI option to them but they swiped it and told me to talk to bank for EMI option and CC will take of it if Bank refuse to do it.
It was obvious, bank refused but after contacting CC, they even turned down from their side.
During my signature, there was court paper deed which wasn’t shown to me( its my mistake too that I didn’t see where I was signing) and take sign in few documents where the deed paper was hidden.
Whatever they had committed in terms of providing tours and travelling service, they were modifying it in every conversation.
I had to fight for nearly 6 month to get my money back but finally with the help of my banks, I got it. I raise complain immediate after I decided not to continue with it. The most important thing, I don’t know how they are giving service all across India but certainly there is branch in City Center kolkata of of this CC Kasba whose are real cheaters. They completely denied with my allegations and said will not refund the amount even if you don’t want or used the service.
